    Transforming Limiting Beliefs & Stories

Teens are introduced to the power of personal reflection and the practices of truly being resilient in their lives! They identify the beliefs, stories and roles that get in the way of their “best” self, connecting them with their Divinity, transforming their beliefs into ones that honor and empower them to walk with courage, integrity and honor in their lives.

  • The Alchemy Wheel, Course for Teens program 6

    Paths to Empowerment

Teens discover aspects of the Ego that create barriers to their full self-expression and deep connection with themselves and others. They engage in a Personal Legend project that helps them take accountability for their happiness and productivity in life. They identify allies such as God, self, family, friends, community and begin to shine light on the values their life’s lessons have given them.

  • The Alchemy Wheel, Course for Teens program 7

    Family & Relationships

Teens investigate stress and the reactions to stress that impact the individual, positively or negatively. They begin to look at relationships in their lives, the power of forgiveness and gratitude! Gifts and lessons in their relationships are illuminated, causing lasting breakthroughs in their lives.

  • The Alchemy Wheel, Course for Teens program 8

Gaining Positive Perspective & Power in One's Life

Teens identify current life trajectories that impact decision-making, and challenge perspectives that skew reality and shape their experience of life. They “try on” alternative perspectives that inspire and move one into new, positive actions and ways of being!

“My favorite part of the workshop was being able to share and not be judged in any way. Being able to talk about the good and bad experiences helped me open up!”
